ClustARK is run by Based Things, ABN 79 296 198 550. Questions about your information go to support@clustark.com.

Your Discord account. You sign in to ClustARK Web (web.clustark.com), our members’ website, with Discord. We keep your Discord id, username, display name, profile picture and your role in our Discord server. Discord never gives us your password or your email.

Your game account. We keep your game account and the names you play under, your characters, tribes, tames and items, when you play, and the IP address you play from. We also keep any notes our admins write about you, and any bans.

What you send us. We keep what you say in global chat in the game and in our Discord server’s public channels. On ClustARK Web, we keep your direct messages, Trading Post listings and offers, the events you make or join, and your suggestions. We also keep your tickets, with their pictures and files, and the emails you send us.

ClustARK Private. If you rent a ClustARK Private server, we keep a record of it, its payments and refunds, and any contact details you give us. Your card details stay with Stripe and Link, never with us.

Cookies. ClustARK Web uses one cookie to keep you signed in, for up to 60 days after your last visit. While you are signing in, it also uses up to two cookies that last 10 minutes. None of our websites use analytics or tracking.

We use it to run ClustARK and its websites, to keep the game fair and safe, to help you when you ask, and to handle ClustARK Private rentals.

• Discord. You sign in with it. It also runs our Discord server and delivers the messages we send you on Discord.
• Stripe and Link take payments for ClustARK Private.
• Ko-fi and PayPal handle donations made on Ko-fi.
• Nitrado, our sponsor, hosts our ARK: Survival Ascended servers, ClustARK Private included.

Other companies host our websites and services, store our data and backups, and help our admins answer tickets. We share your information with them only so they can do that work for us.

We keep your information only as long as we need it. Some things, like global chat and closed tickets, we keep for good, to help with reports that come in later. We keep payment records for at least as long as the law says we must.

We take care to keep your information safe. Only the people who need it can see it, and our websites use secure connections.

You can ask for a copy of what we keep about you, or ask us to delete it. Email support@clustark.com, or open a ticket on ClustARK Web or in our Discord server.
